Removing My Last Ovary

I am 23. About a year ago, I had my right ovary removed due to a large ovarian cyst that had blocked blood flow to the ovary. Now I am having the same problem with the left ovary, which, obviously, happens to be my last ovary. The doctor says they will most likly have to remove the whole ovary, which means no children and early menopause. I know I will also have to make the decision to either keep my uterus or have it removed. I have no idea what to expect. Has anyone else gone through this?
