Corpus Luteum Cyst?

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and am having a lot of pain, nausea, a temp of 100.9 and am dizzy. I went to the emergency room today and they said there was no sign of an ovarian cyst. I've had a cyst on my right ovary since I was 17. It would get bigger and rupture and I would be fine for three years. Then the same thing would happen all over again. This happened three times, and it is very painful. This is my third child, however I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was 17 and the doctors said this is what caused the cyst. How true is this? And if the cyst is gone, why do I have so much pain still? They say that it is common for me to get a cyst during the beginning of pregnancy and that it should go away, however I have always had a cyst and why would it go away now? Is this considered a corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy or not?
